- Flour 1 cup
- Three Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup of milk powder
- One teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of baking-powder
- Two table spoons of oil
- Cream as much needed
How to Make :
First take a bowl, mix flour, powdered milk and baking powder together. Take the white parts of the egg in a bowl. Now blend the egg white with a blender and make strong foam. Then add sugar, egg yolks, and oil and vanilla essence and again blend for two minutes. Now that the flour, milk and baking powder has been kept in the paste, mix it well in small amounts.
Then brush a little oil on a steel bowl with a butter paper and pour the whole mixture into this bowl. Then heat a large pot on the stove. Then put a stand in the pot and put the bowl on it and cover it with a lid.
Then reduce the ignition of the oven. Then after 35-40 minutes, you can check the cake through a wooden stick. If the stick is clear, and then the cake is ready.
Then remove the cake from the oven and take it off from the bowl. Then cut the cake in two equal parts. Then, where you serve a cake, apply a little cream. Then set a part of the cake. Then put sugar syrup on it.
For sugar syrup, heat three tablespoons of sugar by burning six tablespoons of water and cool it. Now after adding sugar syrup , apply a cream on the cake with a spatula.
After the first part of the cream is fitted, put sugar syrup in the second part and then apply the cream. Apply the cream well on the side of the cake. Then set the cake for 20 minutes in the refrigerator’s normal chamber.
After 20 minutes the cake is removed from the refrigerator. And the vanilla cake is ready to serve.
