King Prawn Recipe:
Ingredients
- 100g small shrimp / prawn
- 1 cup of peas
- 2 eggs.
- Cooked rice 2 cups( 200g)
- Onion 2
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste half a teaspoon.
- Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon.
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Salt
Method
Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry eggs. Keep aside the fried egg separately.Add the onions and ginger paste with little oil in the pan, stir fry for 2 minutes.Then add the pre-cooked rice and the peas, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, then add the prawns and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes more… after that mix soy sauce, fried eggs and round pepper with rice. Then add lots of chopped spring onions . toss well and The King Prawn Fried Rice is ready to serve.
