Joshua Tree National Park on the September full moon three of us set out to Joshua Tree National Park to capture the heralded Monolith & Juniper Tree as a foreground element for our future Milky Way tracking shots.

Story: The Milky Way in this composite is actually in the same position as the “faint Milky Way” from that evening. It was a wonderful experience.
