Ancient Bristlecone Forest was the perfect night for shooting and the perfect night for friends. I don’t usually put myself in my images but there was no other way to show how massive this ancient tree really was without including me in the frame.
Story: The temperature change from being in Death Valley the night before to being over 13,000 ft in elevation where this tree is located was a shocker to say the least. I team up with a large group of talented photographers. I’d say we had got all we asked for with perfection of the weather and conversations.
